What is the best PC optimizer for Windows 11 to boost the performance?

I would avoid most third-party “PC optimizer” tools. A lot of them just clean temporary files, disable random startup items, or push paid scans, and some can make things worse. Avoid registry cleaners and “driver booster” style apps unless you know exactly what they are changing.
If you want something simple, I’d use Microsoft PC Manager or the built-in Windows tools first.
