If you're comfortable with a more powerful, all-in-one tool, there is a free, open-source script called Windows Utility (WinUtil) developed by Chris Titus Tech . It's not a traditional " PC optimizer for Windows 11" but a script that automates dozens of system tweaks.

How to run it as PC optimizer for Windows 11:

1. Open PowerShell or Windows Terminal as an administrator.

2. Type this command and press Enter:

irm christitus, com/win | iex

3. A graphical interface will open. The "Tweaks" tab has a "Standard" button that safely disables telemetry, stops background bloat, and runs Disk Cleanup.

 

This is a community script, not an official Microsoft tool. While it is very popular and open-source (meaning anyone can check the code), you should always create a System Restore Point before using it . The "Standard" tweaks are safe for most users, but the "Advanced" tweaks can break system functionality if you're not careful.
