Honestly, I've had great luck using AnyDupeCleaner to find tons of duplicate photos on my own PC. It's super easy to use and freed up a bunch of space for me.

The best built-in method is to use File Explorer's search function to sort by date and name, then manually review, but for a proper duplicate finder, Windows 11 does not include a dedicated first-party tool for this task.
