What are the new options in the Virtual Desktop Overview? Clicking doesn't work.

I noticed a new option in the Virtual Desktop overview screen, but clicking it did nothing. After restarting the computer, the option disappeared. I'm not sure if it was a temporary feature, a test feature, or a system display glitch.
