I’d focus less on “debloating everything” and more on making Windows safer, simpler, and reversible for normal users.

Disable widgets/news feed
Hide web results from Start search
Restore the full right-click menu
Show file extensions by default
Reduce Edge/Bing/Copilot prompts
Review privacy settings in plain language
Create a restore point before changes
For non-technical users, give them simple presets like “Basic cleanup”, “Privacy focused”, “Classic Windows feel”, and “Undo all changes”.
