Volume too low on Windows 11 laptop

Hello, so I've been having a weird issue with the volume level of my Redmi Buds 6 on my laptop. On my phone, the volume level is perfectly fine, but on my laptop, it is so low that I have to crank the volume to 100 (which isn't nearly enough to hear properly). I have to crank it up to 200 to be able to hear properly. Since it works fine on my phone, I know it's not my earphones that are the issue.

So when I go to the Bluetooth devices page in the settings and go to advanced properties there, when I do the volume test, the little bar that shows the volume level clearly shows that the volume is going up to around 80-90%. But when i play any other media, the volume level barely goes up 10% of the way. I searched online for solutions, tried the regedit solution, disabled the microphone, tried all the possible solutions i could find online but nothing.

So far, I have unpaired and repaired it three times, no change. I also disabled hands-free telephony, and still no change. I've tried a couple other things that I can't remember now, but nothing worked. If someone could please suggest a fix, I would be grateful!
