USB SSD Drive keeps disconnecting

When an external drive is used frequently on multiple devices and is ejected incorrectly, this issue come out. A quick fix is to format the drive. However, it could be a pain if there were too much data on the drive.
- Many thanks for your help, turns out that I needed to adjust the setting in device manager (USB settings) whereas I'd been changing the power management settings in control panel
