Usb c not working anymore

I bought a Medion erazer major x10, and for 2 days I have been unable to charge my watch, or even connect my phone.

The USB sign briefly appears on my phone and disappears...

However, before even turning it off, it charges. Power supply remains constant. I haven't touched anything.

2 weeks ago I had to reset it, Windows bug made my PC refuse to update the Intel graphics card,... problem solved.
So here again I reset it, thinking there were still problems, but no, nothing works...?
