Since you mentioned Monect PC, ensure all related processes or services are fully removed.
Use Task Manager to close any remaining background processes.
Use Revo Uninstaller or similar tools for thorough software removal.
doesn't work, i deleted monect and its services long time ago and i think this issue persists because of MSI
