Unable to use RestoreHealth in DISM

Hi all,  I had a windows update fail with 0x800f0831 which indicates corrup files. So I ran the DISM commands DISM /ONLINE /CLEANUP-IMAGE /SCANHEALTHD DISM /ONLINE /CLEANUP-IMAGE /CHECKHEALTH ...

Have you tried checking your default system UI language?

 

DISM /Online /Get-Intl

 

Then check the language of your ISO and see if it matches.

 

If, say, your default system UI language is en-us, but the ISO is en-gb, you might run into some issue.
