Unable to update my comment in the Microsoft store

I am unable to update my ratings and comment in the Microsoft Store.

I can get the box up and write then I press the send/post on the left side and my post and rating will not change.

I tried this twice. This is for the Media player.

 

Also went to the feedback hub and I still can't find the problem posted.

    If you don't see the problem in the Feedback Hub app, create a new one and explain the issue in detail.
    Run Windows Update and download and install all updates.
    Try check for app updates in Microsoft Store.
