Unable to reset windows password
Hello!
I am locked out of my PC after my son entered multiple incorrect password. Now I am not able to reset the password. I dont see 'Forgot Password' option to click on it.
First I see the below message
You've entered an incorrect PIN several time.
To try again, enter A1B2C3.
After I enter the string, then I am asked to enter the PIN. But once I enter, I get the below message.
The sign-in option is disabled because of failed sign-in attempts or repeated shutdowns. Use a different sign-in option, or keep your device powered on for at least 2 hours and then try again.
Please help me out!

Since the message says to wait at least 2 hours, try leaving the PC powered on and idle for that duration. After 2 hours, attempt to sign in again.
