Unable to Print
I have a new Windows Surface 7 Intel Core Ultra 236V on version 24H2, and I am unable to print from this device. We use a print server and connect the printer to the computer via network. I am unable...
We tried everything to fix the printer issue. The only thing that worked was to reset the computer and reinstall Windows.
Run the printer troubleshooter and make sure that the print service is running.
I tried to run the printer troubleshooter and it redirected me to the Get Help app. I also tried System File Checker, DISM, and rebooted the printer by unplugging it. We are to the point where we might try reinstalling Windows.
