Unable to install Windows 11

So I have a home built desktop (i7-11th gen, 128gb ddr4, msi x590 tomahawk, 2tb Samsung nvme; 2tb WD black nvme) that I am attempting to install Windows 11 in a dual boot with Fedora 41. I have had no issues with my Fedora install and use it daily for work as well as other tasks. I decided to try out Windows 11 and have met nothing but one roadblock after another.

My first issue is that the installer told me that my system couldn't run Win11 but I meet the requirements or TPM 2.0, secure boot, ram, cpu, etc. I tried using both the MS installation disk creation tool as well as rufus, which btw can't even create a bootable usb for me. I then stumbled across a way to use regedit during install to bypass the TPM and secureboot checks which allowed me to get through the first phase of install but then the system gets stuck in a boot loop. I have disconnected all of the fedora disks leaving only the WD drive and pulled the usb key prior to first reboot and neither of these have made a difference.

I am hoping someone from Microsoft or the community one can give me a simple and workable solution as well as an answer as to why the install process is so unbelievably convoluted. I am honestly at the point of giving up on windows entirely (thankfully I do not have to depend on this operating system to earn my paycheck) if there is no straight-forward solution.

You have to make a special bootable USB to bypass Windows 11 system requirements.

I have done that with rufus but the usb key doesn't boot, it just flashes right back to the boot selection menu. I am able to make it past the first stage of install with a standard usb install drive but after it reboots the first time it sticks in a loop again. No errors, no messages just says restarting. Honestly I've wasted all the time I can afford and will just have to research 3d printer tools for Fedora that meet my needs. Hopefully I can get a refund on the purchase price for the M$ subscription I purchased.
