Unable to access OneDrive backup
Hi all. This is my first post and I'm hoping that with all those "techies" out there someone has a workaround for my problem.
I have had problems with Win11 and decided to go back to Win10 (Version22H2) so I backed up my files and apps onto One Drive. When I reinstalled Win10 I inadvertently used my alternative email address and password. Now I can't access my saved data and I assume it's because my data is stored under the different address. Is there a way to access One Drive using my old address?. I know this is a weird one but I'm hoping someone might have a suggestion that could help.

Your situation makes sense: you backed up your files to OneDrive using your original email account, but after reinstalling Windows and signing in with a different email, you're unable to access that data. This is because OneDrive files are tied to the account they were uploaded from.
