This Copy of Windows Is Not Genuine (After a Hardware Swap)

After replacing some hardware components in my computer, I started receiving the message that this copy of Windows is not genuine. The issue persists even though I have a valid license, and it causes frequent activation notifications and restrictions on certain Windows features, making me uncertain about the system's authenticity and security.

    Open Settings > Update & Security > Activation.

    Click Troubleshoot.

    Follow the prompts to detect and fix activation issues.

    Please run Activation troubleshooter and select I change hardware on this device recently.

    Then you must sign in to Microsoft account to complete activation.

    Hi, after a major hardware change, especially a motherboard swap, Windows activation may no longer match the original device. Run the Activation Troubleshooter and choose the option for changed hardware. If the licence is retail, Microsoft support can usually help; if it is OEM, it may be tied to the old motherboard
