Thinkstation P310 SFF operating system missing after KB5083769 update
I was wondering if anybody had the same problem after installing. The computer has a Western Digital NVme drive.
After restarting the computer the system would post with the message:
Error 1962: No operating system found. Boot sequence will automatically repeat.
I accessed the bios and disabled the secure boot and reset the certificate, saved the settings, restarted, windows update finished and was able to get to the desktop.
Are there any other instances happening out there? Or, is this a common thing happening?

It's fairly common. It's mainly a glitch with WinRE, associated with the new Windows UEFI CA 2023 certificate. I ended up just temporarily disabling WinRE to get around it, though I actually don't have BitLocker enabled, given I use a portable drive to boot into Windows 11 25H2.
fsutil behavior set encryptPagingFile 0 REAGENTC.EXE /DISABLENOTE: Even if you have BitLocker disabled, yet page file encryption is enabled, WinRE tries to roll back any updates, even if the checksum / SHA256 values are accurate ( converted from Base64 to HEX / Base-16 and verified using the built-in PowerShell 5.1 Cmdlet. ) If you upgrade from 24H2 to 25H2, and install this patch, it's not as noticeable, given for most, WinRE would be automatically disabled, especially if you have System Restore disabled and you delete the recovery partition. That's if you install on an HDD / SSD though. On other types of portable mass storage devices, it won't automatically create the recovery partition after resizing the system volume. Instead it just enables WinRE. This is where it might catch you off guard / sneak up on you.

I will move your post to the Windows 11 Discussion area, however you probably would be best to contact Lenovo for advice and support for your system
