There are too many pop-up ads on my computer

A lot of intrusive pop-up ads appearing randomly on my computer, which disrupt my browsing and work. These ads often pop up unexpectedly while I am using my browser or even when I am not actively on any website, making it difficult to focus and feel secure. I have tried closing them manually and running my antivirus software, but the problem persists and seems to get worse over time. It feels like my system might be infected with adware or malware that is causing these unwanted advertisements to appear constantly.
