This pop-up is a notification for upgrading your Windows to version 11. It usually appears when your device meets the upgrade requirements. If you wish to proceed, you can click on ‘Schedule it’ to begin the upgrade, or you can click on 'Got it' if you want to continue with your current version for now.

However, it is always recommended to upgrade to latest version, to benefit from improved security, performance, and new features.

Windows 10 support is ending and that's why this screen you're seeing. It is highly recommended to upgrade to latest Windows 11 version to continue receiving updates.

Windows 11 is better than Windows 10. It is time for an upgrade!

You can choose to turn off update notifications, in Group Policy → Computer Configuration → Administrative Templates → Windows Components → Windows Update → Disable.
