The Windows 11 search box on the taskbar is not working or responding.
The search box on the Windows 11 taskbar appears to be malfunctioning and experiencing technical difficulties when attempting to input search keywords. It is hoped that this issue can be addressed promptly. Thank you.

Consider performing a system restore to a previous point where the search was working. As a last resort, perform a repair install or reset Windows.
Disable any third-party antivirus or security software temporarily to see if it interferes with search.
If the issue persists, consider creating a new user profile to see if the problem is user-specific.
Open Control Panel (search for it if needed). Navigate to Indexing Options. Click Advanced. Click Rebuild under the Troubleshooting section. Wait for the process to complete.
