The Win11 Tianshun 3 Ryzen Edition frequently experiences startup issues

Since the second half of last year, my Tianshun 3 Ryzen Edition laptop running Windows 11 has been experiencing frequent issues. Every time I try to boot it up, I have to restart it repeatedly for a long time before it finally loads properly. What could be causing this, and how can I fix it?
