The Local Account That Forces You to Set a PIN Even When You Say No!
When I try to set up a new local account on my Windows system, I encounter an annoying problem where the operating system repeatedly forces me to create a PIN even when I specifically choose the option that says I don't want to use a PIN or password, and clicking the skip or cancel button just loops me back to the same screen. I've tried disconnecting from the internet during setup, using the domain join option as a workaround, and even modifying registry settings after setup, but the system stubbornly insists on a PIN for local login, which is frustrating because I prefer a traditional password or no password at all.

When setting up, choose "Offline account" or "Limited experience" if available.
