The Launch tab in Task Manager cannot resize applications
In the Startup tab of Task Manager, the startup status for some applications appears grayed out and cannot be changed; you cannot enable or disable their startup via the right-click menu.
Even after trying to run Task Manager as an administrator, the problem persists, and the only solution is to modify the registry using a third-party tool.
