The laptop can't find or pair with Bluetooth devices

My laptop on Windows 11 fails to detect any nearby Bluetooth devices, and it also cannot be discovered by other gadgets when trying to pair. The Bluetooth toggle works, but scanning never finds headp...

Try these basic fixes:

  1. Restart your laptop and turn Bluetooth off and on again.
  2. Make sure the device you are trying to connect is in pairing mode.
  3. Go to Device Manager → Bluetooth, right-click your Bluetooth adapter, select Uninstall device, and restart your laptop.
  4. Check for Bluetooth driver updates from your laptop manufacturer's website.
  5. Restart the Bluetooth Support Service:
    • Press Windows + R, type services.msc
    • Find Bluetooth Support Service → Restart it.

If Bluetooth still cannot find any devices after these steps, the issue may be with the Bluetooth adapter hardware.
