The laptop can't find or pair with Bluetooth devices
Hi — since the Bluetooth switch exists but discovery finds nothing, I’d check the radio and service rather than the individual headset.
Turn Airplane mode on for 15 seconds and back off, then fully power down the laptop. In `services.msc`, make sure Bluetooth Support Service is running. In Device Manager, uninstall the Bluetooth adapter, reboot, and install the laptop maker’s Bluetooth plus Wi-Fi/chipset package. Also look for an Unknown USB device, because many internal Bluetooth radios are connected over USB.
While testing, put one device into fresh pairing mode and remove its old pairing from any nearby phone. If Bluetooth disappears from Device Manager or the BIOS diagnostics cannot see it, check the wireless setting in BIOS and consider a hardware fault. What adapter name and error code, if any, appear in Device Manager?
