Paying for an Acrobat subscription just to draw a quick circle is a waste of money. I've been using MonsterA PDF for how to draw on PDF free recently. It's a no-nonsense tool that lets you mark up documents directly on the page without converting anything.

What You Can Do:

• Freehand Drawing — Add quick sketches and handwritten notes.

• Annotations — Mark important areas without altering the original text.

• Editing — Adjust your markings on the fly.

How to draw on PDF free:

Open MonsterA PDF and import your document → Use the drawing tools to add circles, notes, or freehand sketches → Save the edited PDF.

I'd double-check it doesn't watermark or nag you on export. For how to draw on PDF free, it gets the job done, but I wouldn't trust it with heavy edits or sensitive docs.
