The computer repair shop cheated me
After I got home, now the computer has a problem every time it starts up three times. But clicking and loading content (such as entering a password) are extremely slow. Sometimes even after entering the password, the computer will directly go into a black screen, with only the mouse pointer visible. All the RGB lights and accessories of the computer are on, but I can't control them.
So what should I do? Does anyone know exactly what's wrong with the computer?

The most likely culprit is a corrupted system file or a broken process (called explorer.exe) that is supposed to load your desktop, taskbar, and settings. Since you can't get to your desktop reliably, let's focus on solutions you can run from the Windows Recovery Environment.

These symptoms could be caused by various issues such as corrupted system files, driver conflicts, hardware problems like a failing hard drive or RAM, or issues with Windows updates. To troubleshoot, you can try booting into Safe Mode to see if the problem persists, run system repair tools like Startup Repair or System File Checker, and check for driver updates or hardware diagnostics.
