The best picture enhancer for improving quality on Windows 11?

Hi everyone, I have a lot of older photos and low-quality pictures on my PC that look blurry, pixelated, or just not very sharp. Some are old phone photos, and others are compressed images downloaded...

Personally,  vote for the Adobe Photoshop as a long tine users since 2009. In fact, it is a beginner-friendly picture quality enhancer for PC that makes image enhancement easy with one-click tools and manual adjustments.

1. Open Photoshop Express

Launch the app on your Windows PC and sign in if prompted.

2. Import Your Photo

Click Open or Upload Photo, then choose the picture you want to enhance.

3. Use Auto Enhance

Tap the Auto-Enhance/Magic Wand button to let Photoshop Express improve brightness, contrast, and color automatically.

4. Fine-Tune the Image

Use the adjustment sliders to manually improve:

  • Brightness – Make the image lighter or darker
  • Contrast – Add depth between light and dark areas
