The Allow Telemetry option is not available on Windows 11 Pro?

What could be the problem and how to turn on this on my Windows 11 laptop?

If your system is part of a domain or managed by an organization's IT department, the Group Policy settings may restrict access to telemetry settings.

If Bluetooth is not showing, ensure that the device drivers are installed:

1.Right-click the Start menu and select Device Manager.
2.Locate Bluetooth and check for any warning signs. If there are issues, right-click and select Update driver.

If your computer is part of a domain managed by an organization, some settings may be controlled by your organization's Group Policy. In this case, you may need to contact your IT department for assistance.

You can choose to send basic or full diagnostic data by selecting the appropriate option. Check if you can toggle this setting based on your preference.

Go to Settings > System > Nearby sharing.
Toggle the Nearby sharing option on.
You can choose who can share with your device (Everyone or My devices only).

    Download this registry file:

    https://www.tenforums.com/attachments/tutorials/269616d1583593698-change-diagnostic-data-settings-windows-10-a-send_optional_diagnostic_data.reg

Right click that registry file and select 'Merge', then confirm the merge.

Close setttings and re open to check if desired results are available.

make sure to change group policy back to not configured.
Restart (not shut down) your PC  if settings are not applied.

    1.Press Windows + I to open Settings.
    Go to Privacy & security.
    Click on Diagnostics & feedback.
Here, you can choose the level of diagnostic data to send to Microsoft. The options generally include:
    2. Required diagnostic data
    Optional diagnostic data
Press Windows + R, type gpedit.msc, and press Enter.
3.Navigate to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Data Collection and Preview Builds.
4.Here, you will find policies related to telemetry. You can enable, disable, or configure them as needed.
