Text to Speech options in Windows 11?
I've tried narrators, but it seems to read everything on the screen. Is there an option or some other program on Windows that only reads what I selected?

1. Check voice settings: Open “Settings” > “Accessibility” > “Voice”.
Check that the Text-to-Speech option is enabled.
Select the desired voice and speech rate.
2. Install a voice pack: Open “Settings” > “Time & Language” > “Language & Region”.
Click “Add Language” to select the desired language and install it.
Select the newly installed language in the “Voice” settings.
3. Use the Narrator function:
Press Win + Ctrl + Enter to start Narrator.
Adjust the voice and speech rate in the Narrator settings.
4. To update the audio driver: Open the Device Manager.
Expand “Audio Input and Output”, right-click on the audio device and select “Update Driver”.
Select “Automatically search for updated driver software”.
5. Using third-party text-to-speech tools: Download and install third-party text-to-speech tools (NaturalReader, Balabolka, etc.).
Configure the tool to use the desired voice and speech rate.
6. Contact Microsoft Support: If none of the above methods work, it is recommended to contact Microsoft Support team with detailed error messages and screenshots for further assistance.
