Temporary permissions

Hi there,

Wondering if I can set Windows temporary permissions on Location, Camera, Microphone, Voice Activation, Notifications, Account Info, Contacts, Calendar, Phone calls, Call history, Email, Tasks, Messaging, Radios, Other devices, Automatic file downloads, etc.

Some apps or features asks for abusive permissions, and instead deny I want to give then the minimum necessary permissions, and only for when they are in use (like Bouncer app for Android https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.samruston.permission)
