Taskbar goes dark black intermittently

That was indeed the MPO Bug so I tried this one -
MPO Disable Guide:
1) Open the Registry Editor by pressing Win + R, typing regedit, and hitting Enter.
2) Navigate to the path HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\GraphicsDrivers by pasting it into the top address bar.
3) Inside this folder, right-click any empty white space on the right pane, select New > DWORD (32-bit) Value, and name it exactly "DisableOverlays".
4) Double-click this newly created value, change the Value data from 0 to 1 (keeping the base as Hexadecimal), and click OK.
5) Finally, close the Registry Editor and restart your laptop to permanently resolve the black taskbar bug. (Note: To reverse this later, simply return to this folder, right-click DisableOverlays, and select Delete).

I'm having the same problem for 6 consecutive days after I reinstalled my window. Is the issue already solved? I've tried anything but not MPO since it's risky do it on my own T-T. But if the only solution is MPO thing, I'd give a try tho. Can u pls tell me how u did ? That would help a lot. Thanks.
