Taskbar goes dark black intermittently

Thanks for the help, everyone, though after more research I'm under the impression this is being caused by Nvidia's latest drivers based on many similar reports on their site.
I'd really rather not turn off MPO as that serves benefits in Windows in general.
Did you do anything to fix this issue or are you waiting for an Nvidia update? Having the same thing and it's annoying.
