Taskbar always stuck at login

Hi,
Since I upgraded to W11, I always have my taskbar stuck when logging in my session. I have to restart the explorer to make it work, and even then it doesn't always work.
I've seen numerous pages on Google that always say the same things that won't work : disabling some "IrisService" or removing a specific update (which doesn't exist on my system).
Is Microsoft aware of this issue? Any real fix available?
