In the Phone Link program (pc) and app (Android), I just noticed that I can't turn off the feature, "Sync Over Mobile Data." There are two places in the pc program that allows this, but every time I select "OFF" the dial spins for a while and eventually comes right back to "ON." I can't find a corresponding control in the Phone Link section of Settings on my phone.
