Surface Recovery Image Download - Dead link?

Hi all,

I've tried to take this up directly through Microsoft support, but there doesn't seem to be a graceful way to do so.
I am trying to download the Surface Recovery Image for my Surface Pro X (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/surface-recovery-image) after it ungracefully decided to self-detonate itself into a series of startup bluescreens post-update, however, I'm constantly met with the "A temporary error has occurred while processing your request. Please try again later..." error message.

I have confirmed that my serial checks out, and I have tried different internet connections, devices, and browsers. Is anyone else about to confirm whether this is basically a dead link?
