super weird pixel front in windows 11

hi, I recently about 2 weeks ago had upgraded from window 10 to window 11 and a day ago the front were fine but 4 hour ago. when I logged in and started to read some shakespears I notice that the front was super weird and I can't stand it, is there any way to fix this?
