Spontaneous Firmware Lockouts Due to Unique Security Chip Failures

My Windows PC has been experiencing spontaneous firmware lockouts that appear to be triggered by a failing security chip, and these lockouts happen randomly even during basic tasks like booting or waking from sleep. I have already tried updating my BIOS and resetting TPM settings, but the issue persists, so I am hoping to find out whether this is a hardware failure that requires replacement or if there is any firmware-level workaround I may have missed.
