Spectrum e'mails not loading

Downloaded win 11 and now spectrum.net e'mails will not load. Contacted spectrum they said problem definitely windows problem. Other pc has same problem and only way to fix is reset. Happens a lot and tired of resetting. Afraid to reset win 11. What a pain.
