Sound/Music plays... then gone/disappears

Hi,

brand new Windows 11 machine, sound disappears after couple of seconds to minutes. The music is played from Internet stream Soundcloud.

As the screenshot indicates, there is sound. The settings are simple and the headset is ultimate quality - it works well since years on several machines etc.

To restore this, the only way (as of now) is to disconnect (hard) the USB from the machine. As soon as it is reconnected, sound is back, and then lost again after seconds to minutes. The cycle repeats. No other checks have been made since no other configurations were made in principle.

Can you sketch a solution or any idea where to look for a solution?
