Snipping tool video capture shortcut
According to this https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/use-snipping-tool-to-capture-screenshots-00246869-1843-655f-f220-97299b865f6b#ID0EDD=Windows_11 the Windows + Shift + R should start the video recording tool. But all it does is the same snapshot like Windows + Shift + S does.
Running the tool from start allows capturing videos. The shortcut does not. Any way to fix it?
