Snipping Tool Feature Request - Obfuscation tool

I sometimes use the snipping tool to capture diagrams that we share with external support vendors.  It would be extremely useful to have an "obfuscate" function that blurs out any irrelevant information.  My current solution is to use a marker and scribble all over the area I want to "block".
