I have a powerful laptop with 32 gb of ram and Intel Ultra 2 i9 CPU but when I click first time on the quick settings my WHOLE LAPTOP gets FREEZED FOR 500-1000ms. This is absolutely ridiculous.
What the hell is happening under the hood of quick settings? Do they halt whole CPU just to render it? Or what? Mining bitcoins? Or do they just waste gazillions of CPU cycles just for ragebait?
