i faced same issue as yours on my asus tuf f15... have you solve that issue?
- Make sure you report it using the Feedback Hub app too.
- I submitted many reports to the feedback hub more than eight months ago and got no reply whatsoever.
- Microsoft will review all feedbacks but might not response to them directly.
