Slow Windows 11 PC when multiple task

For several months, the PC has been slow when several "heavy" software programs are running at the same time.
The worst is when I convert videos to DVD and burn others at the same time.
There it is almost impossible to use my software to scan for example.

I know that under Win 10 you can no longer evaluate the performance of your PC, or you have to use software, I haven't tried.

Is there a little check-up of the PC to do to see if I have anything installed that is useless.

Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager.

    Go to the Performance tab.

Check CPU, Memory, Disk, and GPU usage while running heavy tasks.

If any resource is constantly at 100%, it indicates a bottleneck.

You're right—Windows 10 and 11 no longer include the classic "Performance Monitor" or "System Assessment" tools that were available in older versions, but you can still evaluate your PC's performance and identify potential bottlenecks using built-in tools and some third-party options.
