The most straightforward way to eliminate the extra click is to add a specific key to your Windows Registry. This tells Windows to skip the new compressed menu and default to the classic one instead.

Thank you! I did find that in looking into the issue before i posted... my point was more to provide feedback regarding the tactic of "streamlining" menus that I don't feel need to be streamlined.
Beyond that, the choices to hide behind the "more options" I don't feel were based on amount of use. "Rename" and "Refresh" don't make the cut when it comes to popularity for right click commands? Really?
