Setting to choose to print in color or balck&white has disappear on Photos app

Not a lot of people seem to use this option... Out users also complain about that missing feature. Before Windows 11 24H2 they were able to adjust the print settings in the photo app. And now they can't switch from black/white to color anymore.
Workaround is time consuming... change the default settings of the printer and then go to the photo app and print again. Would be nice, if someone at Microsoft is aware of that and could provide some insides... is it a issue or a feature?
