Secondary Monitor Capture Bug?

So I do some streaming and wireless vr. I've noticed since upgrade to windows 11 I cant get any capture from my secondary monitor(portrait). In vr when I look at the virtual desktop for my second display its black. When I try to record display capture in obs for the second monitor its also blank.

Does anyone how whats happening? how to fix?
