Search window it gets shifted to the upper screen position

I have a problem that when i open search window it gets shifted to the upper screen position and it's missing a part of it's window. How can i restore search window position so it becomes whole again?

    I am noticing the problem on my 3440 x 1440 scale monitor when I run at 150% scaling. I don't see the problem at 125% scaling. My system recommends 100%, and I can't read that well. I don't like 125%, but I can live with it. I did turn off the extras, but the start window is still oversized.
