Screen Brightness Button Malfunction
My computer has a brightness increase and brightness decrease button. Within the last week, pushing either button decreases the brightness of the screen (i.e. pressing increase brightness button now decreases screen brightness. The only way to increase screen brightness is through software slider).
The computer has been restarted, updates looked for, driver updates looked for and installed, drivers uninstalled and reinstalled. What might be causing this issue and how could it be fixed?
